In line with the latest government guidelines, to ensure your safety and well-being as well as our staff, suppliers and their families, we’ve made some changes.
For you, our customers:
Due to COVID, some of our delivery timeframes have changed, but we are working hard to make sure that your orders are delivered safely and on time.
For our staff, couriers and their families:
We are following all the government health and safety executive guidelines to support our staff, who are working hard to fulfil your orders. Working hours have been adjusted so that they can avoid rush hour commutes and give them more time to rest. Following all the available health advice, we are observing social distancing measures and continuing to clean our sites frequently and thoroughly. We are also offering support to all our colleagues and suppliers and doing everything we can to accommodate those with children and care-giving responsibilities.

How To Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order please contact our customer service team by emailing help@artislondon.com.
Returns Policy For Products
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order – whether you have changed your mind or decided you just don’t like your supplements– we will happily offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if they have been unopened.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on opened products unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake.
If there is a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged) please try to let us know immediately by emailing help@artislondon.com together with photographic evidence. Please send the product(s) back to us arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
How To Return Artis Products
If you would like to return all or part of your order, please send the items back to us at:

Once we have received the item, we shall process your refund, replacement or exchange as quickly as possible. Please make sure you return the item in pristine condition, in its original packaging otherwise this invalidates the Returns and Refund policy.
If you are owed a refund, we shall issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account, so please bear with us.
